If you then want to have the package delivered again (it was not picked up from the post office), we will have to charge you another €5.49/€14.49/€26.99 for shipping costs. Thanks for your understanding.

Shipping time: approx. 7-10 working days (throughout Germany, international shipping may vary). Since we are still a small company, we ask for your understanding for the longer delivery times. if you need the product particularly urgently due to holiday plans etc. you can send us an email to hello@mermadesurfwear.com and we will prioritize the order with exception.

For orders shipped outside of Germany, import taxes, customs fees and costs may be charged by the country of destination. Import duties and taxes are charged by the respective import customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are based on the import regulations of the recipient country. Additional costs for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these costs, nor can we predict what they will be. For more information, please contact your responsible customs office.

Depending on the country of the delivery address, different shipping service providers are available. We work with Hermes, DHL, GLS and Deutsche Post. For all shipping methods, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track the delivery. All packages are insured up to €500.

return

You can return items within 14 days of receipt. You have to pay for the direct costs of the return and the associated customs clearance costs yourself. However, we will cover the shipping cost if faulty or defective items have been shipped. Just contact us. The corresponding amount will be refunded within 15 working days. We ask you to wear panties or pads when trying them on to guarantee hygienic return shipping and resale.
